What is CovClear?
Medi-stats have partnered with Empowered Diagnostics to bring you CovClear. CovClear is a lower-cavity nasal swab test that can identify Covid-19 infection within two days of exposure. Quick and easy to use, the test delivers results with 99.7% accuracy, 98.5% sensitivity, and 100% specificity. The test is not only more pleasant to use when compared with similar tests, but it also yields faster, more accurate results, all of which can be monitored and stored, and shared in the Medi-stats health portal.

IT’S LESS INVASIVE
The CovClear test is less invasive, as it’s a lower cavity nasal swab. Therefore, as you can imagine when it comes to testing, especially in children, it’s easier for the administrator of the test, as well as the recipient - meaning it’s less fuss and a far more pleasant experience!
IT’S HIGHLY SENSITIVE & SPECIFIC
This test is specific to testing of SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens. Its sensitivity means its ability to correctly identify patients with the disease outweighs any other test available. Its specificity also means its ability to correctly identify people without the disease also comes in higher than any other test. Both of these things combined mean that the test will give what we call a true positive or negative i.e.: “The person has the disease and the test is positive. “

How to get your CovClear test
STEP 1: Follow our simple sign-up process - Agree to answer a few questions about the test after you’ve used it. We just need a few details about who you are/why you wish to test. Nothing too long or difficult, we promise.
STEP 2: We’ll add the test to your cart - As a bonus, for agreeing to answer our post-test survey; you’ll get the test at a discounted rate. Your test will then be posted right away, landing on your doorstep within 2-3 days.
STEP 3: Once your kit arrives in the post - Just locate the QR code on the packaging and follow the simple instructions given to use the test, or if you prefer you can watch our informative video on how to use and store your test.
STEP 4: What’s next? Within 24hrs of taking your test, you’ll receive a short survey. This will help us to harness valuable data to further develop the use of the CovClear test.
